Spectator sports are the least attractive to me, with fitness and individual sports being very absorbing. I began skiing and roller skating in childhood, adding more over time. I taught yoga for a short time. My adult life includes folk dancing, ice dancing (until recently), hiking, canoeing, cycling, horseback riding (Western style with a few weeks of dressage). I worked in Alaska one summer for a Master Guide, and I learned the basics of small-aircraft flying. A recent addition is weight training, hopefully to minimize the effects of gravity and age.
